Its 3 day holiday for memorial day. For some its just a time to spend with their kids ,some its shopping thing with sales going around. But for some it means a lot ,cos they have lost their loved one's in some war. They want to remember them. I am staying here in US since 1999, but I did not anything till this day when it started & what do they do.Memorial day falls on the last Monday of May,honors the men & women who died while serving the American military.Its originally called as Decoration Day,it originated in the year 1971.
I spent the weekend with my kids remembering my Father-in-law ,he died during this time with cancer. Its hard to forget people you have lost.
